Number of opens - these are the number who opens the Inbox of their email address by the time they receive your campaign.
Number of Clicks - These numbers actually not just open their email but click on the site.
Please be informed that these numbers do not necessarily mean the number of sales or number of people who will buy your book. However, for book sales and royalties you may contact Sharon Lauta.
If you have any questions from this point forward, please feel free to contact me.
We are happy to have assisted you with this campaign.
Sincerely,

authorhouse also lied

If being self-published is not enough, imaginary fees that do not do anything add to the problem.
The companies that work for Lightning Source, Inc., make up fees for channel access (to list books on bn.com or amazon/borders; all those distributors do not know what these companies are talking about and list the books anyway). So i wrote to AH and Xlibris. AH has yet to reply. Xlibris said that they are not using Amazon.com ADvantage, & the fee is not related to that. Amazon.com and BN do not charge fees to list books. Xlibris said it goes through Lightning Source and something called I-Page. bullS**T!! Con-artists! Swindlers! Then Xlibris embezzles other authors' royalties, calling it "statistical error". I wonder where mine went?

xlibris lied.

Xlibris made an email sent to various authors whose "books did not sell enough to cover costs" so they issued a Distribution Channel Access fee (like Authorhouse did). Only that , it's a scam.
Their FAQ pages even said there is no 'fees' to discontinue books by Xlibris. And so did Amazon.com say there is no 'fee' to list books on Amazon.com, even though Xlibris said the 'affiliates' were charging them a fee after August 2004 (when authorhouse started its scam).
$29.95 is amazon.com Advantage program per year. Xlibris wants $50 per book per year. It is not Amazon Advantage program, but a separate fee/scam. If it were AA then authors would have the services for the program. So Xlibris lied. They also mayhave lied about my / other authors' missing royalties...

xlibris vs amazon.com

does anyone know if Amazon.com or Xlibris sell books (under the counter), as to explain the 22 books being resold on Amazon.com, that xlibris knows nothing of?

Or is someone embezzling my hard-earned royalties from my very expensive novels?
