xlibris lied.
Xlibris made an email sent to various authors whose "books did not sell enough to cover costs" so they issued a Distribution Channel Access fee (like Authorhouse did). Only that , it's a scam.
Their FAQ pages even said there is no 'fees' to discontinue books by Xlibris. And so did Amazon.com say there is no 'fee' to list books on Amazon.com, even though Xlibris said the 'affiliates' were charging them a fee after August 2004 (when authorhouse started its scam).
$29.95 is amazon.com Advantage program per year. Xlibris wants $50 per book per year. It is not Amazon Advantage program, but a separate fee/scam. If it were AA then authors would have the services for the program. So Xlibris lied. They also mayhave lied about my / other authors' missing royalties...
